The In-Line Flapper gets it's name from the small blade attached to the shank along with the treble hook.  With the lower blade unable to spin, it flaps back and forth against the hook giving this lure it's erratic motion and noise.  Great for casting off Dams, Piers, Jetties and most other structure.  Can also be trolled about 6' behind a keel weight.  Starting at $2.79    *** Click to enlarge ***
